Deposit of 30% to be paid to confirm the reservation and balance of 70% is due 4 weeks before arrival date.

If a guest cancels more than 29 days before their arrival date, for any of the following reasons, then they will receive a full refund.

- France closes international borders
- Guests country of origin goes onto French red list
- France goes onto guests country of origin red list

If a guest cancels 0 to 28 days from their arrival date, for any of the following reasons, then they will lose their 30% deposit, if the full amount has been paid then we will refund the balance of 70%:

- France closes international borders
- Guests country of origin goes onto French red list
- France goes onto guests country of origin red list
