What is the earliest time we can check in?

The property will be available to you from 5pm, however if it is cleaned and ready beforehand then you are welcome to go in.  Please contact us 2 weeks prior to your arrival to let us know of your estimated time of arrival in Chamonix.

How do I pick up the keys?

We will send you an email with arrival and check in details by your reservation is confirmed, in there you will find all details on how to check-in.

If you can’t find the email before you depart then EMAIL US.

I am arriving late, is that a problem?

Check in is between 5pm & 8pm. We try to be as flexible as possible on this so we request that you supply us with travel details so we can do our best to prepare the property for your planned arrival time.

  • Arrival after 8pm will incur a 20 Euros charge
  • Arrivals after 11pm will incur a 50 Euro charge
  • These charges are to be paid upon arrival in resort.

Arrivals after midnight can't be guaranteed without prior notice.

Do we receive Carte d’hotes?

Yes. The carte d'hote allows guests to use the in resort ski bus and train to travel around the valley for free, plus other benefits. We supply cartes to all relevant clients.

Can you organise ski school lessons, ski hire and lift passes?  If so what is the cost?

We can arrange your ski school lessons, ski hire and lift passes.  Once we have received all the relevant information from you, we look after the rest.  Your lift passes will be ready and waiting for you, your ski hire will be prepped and ready for you to pick up and your ski school will be booked and organised.  Payment wil be required in advance to confirm these services.

Do you offer transfers between Geneva & Chamonix?

Yes - we can arrange your airport transfers for you. You can also book them yourself direct from our site HERE

What is included in the price?

The price of the property includes the following:

  • The property
  • Linen with beds made on arrival
  • Towels
  • Parking / Underground parking (Not all properties)
  • An end of stay clean except for kitchen area
  • Our pre arrival booking service

Do I have to clean the property before I depart?

We appreciate you are on holidays and we don’t expect you to leave the property spotless but we do ask you to do a few things such as leave the kitchen clean, put the garbage out, do the washing up and leave the dishwasher empty. We will send you full details with your arrival information and go over it with you when you arrive.

Tourist tax

If you have booked direct with us then tourist tax is inlcuded. If you have booked through an agent (airbnb, expedia for example) then you may need to pay your tourist tax upon arrival. Check your invoice or contact us to confirm.
