A spacious apartment located right in the heart of Chamonix, a stroll from Brevent cable car and the town centre yet still in a quiet part of town.

The apartment has three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 more if needed, one en-suite bathroom plus one shared bathroom and an extra WC, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas cook top and dishwasher etc.

The lounge area is spacious with a light airy feel, a log burning fire, TV/DVD and stereo system. It opens onto a large wooden deck and private garden which has magnificent views over the Mt Blanc massif and being south facing is perfect for an après Chamonix activity drink!

A very calm and independent place with a garden facing Mont Blanc. We'd strongly recommend this lodge and we'd stay next time too...

Location

Tucked away but still in central Chamonix, perfectly located just a couple of minutes walk from Chamonix Tourist office, the pedestrian zone and Svaoy/Brevent ski area. A choice of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops all conveniently located nearby. A short walk across the footbridge will get you to the local ski bus. 

What's included

We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.

Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.

Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.

Arrival & Departures

We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.

Check-in time

Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.

Check-out time

Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure

For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in

Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in

We can also arrange other services at an additional charge such as:

  • Ski hire, ski lessons and other activities.
