Interior
Spread out over 4 floors this 6 bedroom chalet has everything you need for a Chamonix holiday with your family or group of friends. Warm, charming and plenty of space.
On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 a double and the other 2 can be double or twin as well as 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and WC.
The large main bedroom is on the first floor, it is ensuite with shower and WC and the room has amazing views over the town and Mont Blanc. Also on the first floor there is a 2nd bedroom which is a twin room. There is a small office on this floor as well as a quiet reading room and another bathroom with shower and WC.
The main living space is on the ground floor where you will find a full kitchen with open plan dining area and TV lounge. The entrance is also here with boot dryers, WC and gear storage area.
The lower ground floor is semi-underground basement with windows for natural light. There is a double bedroom, lounge area and bathroom with shower and WC. The laundry is also on this floor with washing machine and dryer.
Exterior
Aside from parking there are 2 lovely gardens facing Mont Blanc as well as a terrace with BBQ and great views.

Chalet L'Argoat is located just 250m from Brevent cable car and a 5 minute walk to Chamonix town centre in the desirable La Mollard part of Chamonix centre.What's included
We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.
Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.
Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.
We appreciate you are on holidays and we don’t expect you to leave the property spotless but we do ask you to do a few things such as leave the kitchen clean, put the garbage out, do the washing up and leave the dishwasher empty. We will send you full details with your arrival information and go over it with you when you arrive.

Arrival & Departures
We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.
Check-in time
Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.
Check-out time
Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure
For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in
Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in
