The apartment is located on the first floor of a small residential property in the pedestrian zone of Chamonix town centre. Perfect for easy access to shops, bars and restaurants as well as all ski areas, ski bus, walking trails and other Chamonix activities.
The 2 bedrooms have double beds and are both spacious and south facing with views of the Mt Blanc massif. 1 of the bedrooms has a large ensuite bathroom and there is a 2nd bathroom with shower & WC. The kitchen boast a smooth marble work top and is fully fitted with all features needed to cook up a storm.
There is a dining table for 6 and comfy sofas in front of the fireplace and wide screen TV - with French Sat TV. Due to the apartment's central location a car isn't need however there is a paid parking area just a 200m from the property. In the basement there is a shared ski locker and boot storage room.

Situated on the main street at the quieter end of town you will find nearby restaurants from all corners of the globe along with numerous bars, 2 specialising in micro-brew beers.
The main bus station, and the Aiguille du Midi train station are just a short walk away; a little further you'll find the Aiguille du Midi lift station. Also for practicality there's a wine shop next door with a huge selection of wines and beers, and a small supermarket opposite.
We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.
Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.
Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.
This property does not accept pets
Arrival & Departures
We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.
Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.
Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure
For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in
Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in

We can also arrange other services at an additional charge such as:
