We are very pleased to offer this centrally located 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Chamonix, just a short walk to Savoy & Planards pistes and the bars and restaurants of Chamonix.

The apartment is on the top floor of residence La Ginabelle directly opposite Place du Mont Blanc

The central feature of the apartment is the open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area which is both spacious and cosy, giving you a warm chalet feel. There is also an entertain corner with lounges, TV, DVD. The balcony running off the lounge area has great views down the valley which take in Brevent, Aiguille du Gouter and the magnificent alpine sunsets.

There are 2 bedroomssleeping 4, one with a double and the other can be double or twin, the mezzanine has 2 single beds as well and is perfect for overflow guests and as a children play area.

The apartment is serviced by elevator and has an underground car park (max height 1.9m).

Fabulous alpine apartment in central location. Loved our week. We self catered mostly and enjoyed using the raclette! The kitchen was suitably equipped and there was enough space for the whole family to hang out after a day on the slopes.

Located opposite the Place du Mont Blanc and Chamonix market, this apartment is perfect for guest looking for Chamonix centre with easy access to bars, restaurants & shops. Ski bus & train stop nearby and just a short walk to Montenvers tourist train and Savoy & Brevent ski area.

What's included

We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.

Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.

Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.


Pets considered, please contact us BEFORE booking.

Arrival & Departures

We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.

Check-in time

Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.

Check-out time

Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure

For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in

Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in

We can also arrange other services at an additional charge such as:
