Interior

Located in the highly desirable Les Pècles area of Chamonix the apartment takes up the ground floor of a renovated period chalet and has lovely spacious garden facing Mont Blanc, the perfect place for having breakfast on a sunny summers day! The closest bus stop is 450M (Les Gaillands) away and the start of the Chamonix pedestrian zone is an easy 900m walk away.

The apartment takes up the whole ground floor of a fully renovated chalet, to your right as you enter is the spacious lounge area which has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a fireplace, UK & French TV plus DVD player and a large selection of DVD's as well as music docking station. To the left is the dining area which can comfortable seat 8 guests. Beyond this is the fully fitted kitchen stocked with enough cooking utensils to keep a chef happy.

To the rear of the apartment are the 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, as well as a 3rd bathroom. All of the rooms can be made up with double or twin layout.

The chalet is a comfortable mixture of traditional and modern. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen, which was well equipped and allowed for sociable cooking. The beds are great and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. We would book again!

Cannot fault this Chalet! It had everything we needed for our holiday. It was spacious, clean and the garden was fab. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and had all the utensils needed to live in!! It is also in a great location for a walk into town.

This home in Chamonix was absolutely perfect. Glenn was very easy to communicate with. The house itself has a great layout and was well equipped and very tidy. The outdoor space looking toward Mont Blanc was breathtaking and was such a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal or glass of wine while the kids played. All in all a fantastic experience.

Location

Situated on the much sought after Rue des Pecles, half way between Chamonix centre and Lac des Gaillands. The location is very quiet and about 10 minutes walk from the Chamonix pedestrian zone where you will find shops, bars & restaurants.  Bus & train stops both a short walk away.

What's included

We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.

Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.

Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.

Pets considered, please contact us before booking.

Arrival & Departures

We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.

Check-in time

Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.

Check-out time

Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure

For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in

Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in
