He takes pride in his achievements and has built up a reputation as a creative and reliable chef.

As well as offering a classic or a gourmet menu as part of a week’s catered chalet service Emma can provide bespoke menus, ranging from a formal 8 course tasting menu to a more fun & informal street food style menu, or put on a pizza making evening that all the family can get involved in. Emma is also more than happy to create menus for any kind of restricted eaters, and to make sure she discuss dietary requirements as well as likes and dislikes with each of our clients before arrival to make sure you get the best menu for you for the week.

Emma usually charge for her time + cost of ingredients so it is clear what you are paying for and so she can source the best, freshest possible ingredients for your chosen menus and budget. Wine & beer is available on sale or return & a chalet host can also be provided for larger groups.
